No sooner did I see "Wanted" with my dad just yesterday and say, "Wow, that could probably make a pretty good video game, if video games based on movies were ever good!" and then I came home to see that it is going to be a video game. Yay for E3 news and me totally calling a game announcement... In my mind.
I've been meaning to write up WAY more E3 impressions this week, but my internet connection has been a real *insert naughty word here* and isn't working half the time, so I'm having trouble just keeping up with everything as much as I normally like. But I'm a bit more up to speed now, so maybe I'll write something up after work. There's some good looking stuff out there...
And no more than an hour ago Shigeru Miyamoto went all crazy at a developer roundtable and basically said, "I'll announce a new Pikmin Wii game when I'm good and ready," and then apparently was good and ready and said quite simply (and I quote), "We're making Pikmin." So yay for that. 'cuz while Wii Motion Plus looks great, and I'll totally play another Animal Crossing, and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars on the DS is huge news... Nintendo's press conference was kinda crappy.
Anyways, I'll probably talk about all this and more in more detail than most of you will care for at a later date.
